How do I join Cuong Nhu's Kim Hiep Si Dojo?
We would love to have you. Please feel free to come by and try us out or just watch if you'd like. To start off, you only need to come to class early, sign a release form, wear loose fitting clothing (Sweat pants, and T-Shirt), and be ready to break a sweat. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at CuongNhu@gmail.com.
Where and when is practice?
We are currently working out in the Ferrell Commons: SRC-Auditorium building. The SRC-Auditorium Building is located just East of the South Parking Garage, and adjacent to the Marketplace (map)

The schedule for Spring 2010 is:

Tuesday 6:15 - 8:00 pm
Saturday 10 am - 12 noon
Are there any semester dues?
If you decide to stay with Cuong Nhu, your first semester dues are $50. A portion of this amount pays for your Cuong Nhu training manual, and the rest pays for your first year's registration with the Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts Association (CNOMAA). CNOMAA registration gains you access to special sections of the Cuong Nhu website (cuongnhu.com), and allows you to formally practice at any Cuong Nhu Dojo.

Semester dues (after your first semester has been paid) are $35 for the Fall and Spring semester, respectively. Although practice is held during the summer, dues are not collected. If you cannot afford it, don't worry! Talk to us and we can work something out!
Are there any other fees?
There is an annual membership fee to join the parent organization, Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts Association (CNOMAA), which is $35 per year if you choose to stay and test for Rank.

Testing at other Cuong Nhu schools costs between $0 to $20, depending on the school (dojo). These fees go directly to the school where the testing is being held.
